Digital planner access is provided through a secure member portal. Downloads are not included to ensure access to the most current version.

Guided Orientation Session

The optional Home Maintenance Orientation Session provides an opportunity to review key areas of the home and better understand how major systems function together.

Sessions are scheduled after participation and confirmed based on availability.

Format Options

Select the format that best supports how you prefer to use the system:

Volume 1 — Guide & Planner (8.5” x 11”)

Designed for writing, planning, and recording directly within a workbook format

Volume 2 — Guide (6” x 9”) + Volume 3 — Planner (8.5” x 11”)

A compact guide for reading, paired with a dedicated planner for tracking and organization

Community Allocation

A defined portion of each participation is allocated by CS Factor Book Publishing Inc. to a participating nonprofit organization following the campaign period.

For the current campaign, the defined allocation is $50 per participation.

This allocation is made as part of the program structure. It is not a charitable donation and no tax receipt is issued.
